Our NIS Green Team and Environmental Science classes maintain all the elements of our school garden. They compost from our lunch area, maintain water drip systems, weed, and monitor growth both outdoors in our two gardens, and indoors with our Tower Gardens. Our organic produce is used in "Garden to Table" cooking events 3-4 times a year where students can make and taste their own food!
